Anglican Parish of Chatsworth, Ontario
The parish is in southwestern Ontario, south of Georgian Bay. It is in the Saugeens Deanery of the Diocese of Huron.   Chatsworth Township (pop. 6,392) is a rural area.   Chatsworth itself is located on highway 10 just south of Owen Sound (pop. 21,753).


St Paul's Anglican

In November through April there is the one Sunday Service held at St. Paul's Church in Chatsworth at 10am.   The rest of the year services alternate between St. Paul's, Chatsworth and St. John's, Desboro at 10am.

The other church in the parish, St. Philip's, Walter's Falls, is a Chapel of Ease.

St John's Anglican

The red brick church was built in 1886 and dedicated for service the following year. The Belfry was added in 1925 but in 1984 was found to be unsafe. The bell is now on a cement pad north of the walkway. The church has eight stained glass side windows, as well as the two over the Altar. Desboro is within Chatsworth Township.


St Philip's Anglican
193 Alma St. West, Walter's Falls, Ontario

St. Philip's became a Chapel of Ease in 2002.   There is an annual Memorial service, and other seasonal services from time to time, as well as occasional weddings and funerals. Walter's Falls is in municipality of Meaford (pop. 10,948)

St. Philip's Church was built in 1880. The first internment at the cemetery was the founder of Walter's Falls, John Walter, in 1867. His widow donated the land for the church and cemetery.
